Scientific Foundations & an Innovative Mindset

My academic journey began at Isfahan University of Technology, where I studied Industrial Engineering and learned to combine science, management, and creativity.
Top rankings in my Master’s and PhD admissions, membership in Iran’s National Elites Foundation, national innovation awards, recognition for outstanding achievements in Information Technology, and publications in leading international journals gave me the confidence to develop innovative, scalable solutions.

From Industry to Business Transformation

My professional journey began at Azarjam, working with high-caliber business teams, and later expanded into supply chain consulting and business transformation for major companies such as Mobarakeh Steel, Hormozgan Steel, and Almahdi Aluminum.
I have since advised more than 100 organizations, from startups to companies with revenues exceeding $1 billion, and spent four years leading strategy and business transformation at Entekhab Industrial Group.
International projects across Germany, the United States, Switzerland, and Turkey, alongside work with PwC and leading European consultants, expanded my perspective and strengthened my ability to architect business transformation.

The Emergence of Business Growth Architecture

These experiences showed me that businesses need more than isolated strategies—they need an architecture for growth that answers three fundamental questions:

  • How do we grow?
  • How do we make better decisions?
  • How do we build the future?

This led naturally to Business Growth Architecture: an approach for building value-creating, profitable, and scalable businesses with lean, agile teams.
With the rise of AI, this approach entered a new phase—where data-driven decisions, execution speed, and sustainable competitive advantage are deeply interconnected.

My Mission Today: Building Intelligent, Antifragile Businesses

Today, my work focuses on architecting businesses and designing systems that enable sustainable, scalable growth while helping leaders and entrepreneurs move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
My goal is to build organizations that are not only profitable, but structured, intelligent, and antifragile—capable of growing through change and uncertainty.
Everything I have achieved has been shaped by continuous learning from academics, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and the world around me. I aim to turn that learning into greater value through every project I undertake.
